till this damn DVD player. I've had a few LG phones, a smaller LG computer monitor, and even an LG CD player back in the day. All worked wonderfully for years. Like years-years. I only replaced to get newer/bigger/better whatever. My best friend used to work at Best Buy (and his girlfriend still does) and he said LG is "known" for shitty customer service. But of course told me after the fact. As good as I hear their TVs and monitors are, my experience with them alone will make me think long and hard about ever buying from them again. If I had a chance to buy a 55" LED from of theirs for like $500 brand new, yes, I would look past our history together. lol But seeing that I will be paying about that for the same size Samsung, fuck LG.
